Aljon Tool is an ISO 9001:2015 certified, full service precision sheet metal fabricator that provides precision sheet metal stampings and fabrications to fortune 500 customers worldwide. Founded as Precision Sheet Metal, Aljon was purchased in 1972 to enhance Precision's tooling and engineering capabilities. In 1986 the companies merged giving Aljon the capability to manufacture a wider range of products. Today Aljon utilizes our engineering expertise and tooling capabilities along with our innovative manufacturing processes and our commitment to continuous improvement thru employee involvement to deliver high quality components that meet our customer's requirements

Aljon provides the highest level of excellence in quality and customer service at competitive prices. Quality control and on-time delivery are our specialties. We utilize advanced state-of-the-art equipment and in-house tooling capabilities for prototype thru production parts runs on hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 500 tons. In addition to our stamping and fabrication We also offer welding, machining, laser cutting, powder painting, silk screening, pad printing, die making, and assembly.

Our custom sheet metal facilities comprise 82,000 sq. feet of manufacturing space allowing Aljon the capability to manufacture parts and assemblies from prototype to production requirements.

Aljon Tool offers you full service to meet your requirements and specifications. Customer orders are received and confirmed using EDI (EDI Electronic Data Interchange). Orders are then processed. The production plan is generated and the production process tracked from production start to product shipment using our ERP system. Manufacturing processes are continually monitored with data from a real-time data collection system. Inventory management occurs throughout the production cycle. Our ERP system enables Aljon to effectively meet delivery requirements specified by our customers.
